Caron Healey

Born and raised in South Africa, Caron moved to Australia in 1999 and has lived on the Gold Coast since arriving. Caron studied accounting in S.A and acquired her Diploma in Financial Services in Australia in 2003. Caron has been involved in Financial Services since 2001.

An integral part of the establishment of the business in 2006, Caron has worked hard to establish strong relationships with complimentary service providers. Caron enjoys working with her clients to provide a strong financial foundation for them.

As a mother of one, Caron understands the joys of raising children, and the challenges of balancing family, work and maintaining her own business.

Rick Marsack

Ricks' family moved to the Gold Coast in 1965 and he attended school here from grade 5, at Surfers Paradise State School. Lots of surfing and two years of legal studies followed High School.

Rick completed an economics degree at the Queensland Institute of Technology in 1982. Through the passion for snow skiing he met and married Kerrie in 1984, this pursuit has continued to dominate holiday destinations whenever time and funds have been available together.

1984 was not only the wedding year but also when Rick started his career with AMP as a life agent. This path continued for 9 years. After a break out of the industry, Rick became an Authorised Representative of Westpac Bank in 2001, and spent two and a half years with them, followed by 4 years with a mid sized Gold Coast Financial Services business. The Diploma of Financial Services has been completed during time with Westpac and Rick has a passion for providing holistic advice to an unrestricted range of local clients.

Originally from Melbourne Nicole has been living on the Gold Coast for the last 7 years. Nicole has been working in the financial planning industry the last 2 and half years. She has completed her Diploma of FP and is now in the process of finishing her advanced Dip FF. Nicole enjoys working as a para planner with the intention of moving into an adviser role. Prior to entering into the financial planning industry Nicole was in the health and fitness industry

Brett currently works part-time as a financial planning administrator while completing a Bachelor of Business degree at Bond University and a Diploma of Financial Services. In his spare time, Brett enjoys helping the community through a variety of volunteer work.
